Everything I make is made to order, by hand, one piece at a time. That means your wallet doesn’t exist yet when you place the order — so there are two parts to the wait: the making, then the post.
Making time
1–2 weeks from the day you order.
Personalised pieces sit at the longer end of that range. If you need something by a particular date, email me at nick@nivisto.com before you order and I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s possible.

Standard postage within Australia is free on every order, tracked.
Express post speeds up the postage, not the making. If you’re in a hurry, message me first.

All prices on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD).
International orders travel with Australia Post and their partner carriers. Tracking is included on all international parcels.
Customs, duties and import taxes are not included in the price you pay me. If your country charges them, you pay them on arrival. Every country is different — check your local rules before ordering if you’re not sure.
Tracking
You’ll get an email with a tracking number the moment your parcel is lodged. If it hasn’t arrived and tracking has gone quiet for more than 7 days, email me at nick@nivisto.com and I’ll chase it with Australia Post.

A note on delivery estimates
The making time is mine and I control it. The delivery time is Australia Post’s and I don’t. The windows above are what usually happens, not a guarantee — international post in particular can be unpredictable. If your parcel is genuinely lost, I’ll sort it out.
