Everything I make is made to order, by hand, one piece at a time. That means your wallet doesn’t exist yet when you place the order — so there are two parts to the wait: the making, then the post.
Making time
1–2 weeks from the day you order.
Personalised pieces sit at the longer end of that range. If you need something by a particular date, email me at nick@nivisto.com before you order and I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s possible.

Standard postage within Australia is free on every order, tracked.
Express post speeds up the postage, not the making. If you’re in a hurry, message me first.

The postage costs above are the Australian dollar rates. If you’re in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or the eurozone, the site converts both the product price and the postage into your own currency — so the figures you see at checkout are what you’ll actually be charged, in the currency you’ll be charged it in.
Buying from outside Australia
Most of what I post goes overseas, so this is well-worn ground rather than an exception.
Everything travels tracked, with Australia Post and their partner carriers at the far end. You’ll get a tracking number when it’s dispatched. The delivery windows above start from dispatch, so add the 1–2 weeks of making time to work out when something will actually land.
Import duty and taxes. Anything charged by your own country on arrival is set by that country and isn’t included in what you pay me. Most orders this size arrive without anything to pay, but thresholds differ and I can’t promise what your customs will do.
If you’re timing a gift against a date, email me before you order. I’d rather tell you it won’t make it than take the order and hope.

Customs, duties and import taxes are not included in the price you pay me. If your country charges them, you pay them on arrival. Every country is different — check your local rules before ordering if you’re not sure.
Tracking
You’ll get an email with a tracking number the moment your parcel is lodged. If it hasn’t arrived and tracking has gone quiet for more than 7 days, email me at nick@nivisto.com and I’ll chase it with Australia Post.

The making time is mine and I control it. The delivery time is Australia Post’s and I don’t. The windows above are what usually happens, not a guarantee — international post in particular can be unpredictable. If your parcel is genuinely lost, I’ll sort it out.
